Wills Agencies commenced its maritime services in 1992. However, with the introduction of the Shipping Act 2004 the company was able to expand registration to include all types of vessels (yachts, fishing vessels and ships). Since then, Wills Agencies Limited has become the leader in the area of ship registration in St Vincent. The vessel must be entirely owned by an offshore corporation either as an IBC or LLC in order for it to be registered in St Vincent. Will Agencies Limited is able to provide such service. In order to proceed with registration please provide the following documents:

• Letter of Application to Registrar
• Letter of Appointment of Registered Agent
• Application Form
• Bill of Sale (notarized)
• Declaration of Ownership (notarized)
• Certificate of Ship’s Registry
• Certificate of Incorporation (IBC/LLC) in which name ship will be registered
• Certificate of Goodstanding to show that the company is current.
• Evidence of name and competency of present master
• Copy of ship’s Station Radio License
• Builder’s Certificate (for new vessels) or bill of sale
• Certificate of Deletion from previous registry
• Certificate of Survey
• Call Sign Proof issued by local regulatory authorities (NTRC)
• Certificate Stating the Boat Seaworthiness
• Color Photo of the Yacht
• State if Fishing Vessel or Pleasure Yacht
